Welcome to Safari Tutors. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms”) govern your use of safaritutors.com and our tutoring services. By registering or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
- Safari Tutors provides one-on-one online English lessons.
- Lessons are 25 minutes each, delivered via our platform.
- We serve students (kids, students, professionals, travelers) worldwide.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
4. Bookings & Payments
- Lessons are paid in advance via secure third-party payment providers.
- Subscription Plans offer discounted rates.
5. Refunds
- Safari Tutors operates a "No Questions Asked” Refund Policy.
- Full Refund – You may request a full refund within 15 days of purchase of a subscription plan.
- Pro-Rated Refund – Between 15 and 30 days after purchase, you may request a refund for any unused lessons in your subscription plan, calculated on a pro-rated basis.
- After 30 days – The refund guarantee expires and no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds only apply to subscription plans. Lessons booked outside of subscription plans are not covered by this guarantee.
- By purchasing a subscription plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our
Refund Policy.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Students may cancel or reschedule anytime, free of charge.
- No Lesson, No Charge Policy – if a lesson does not take place, you will not be charged.
7. Code of Conduct
- Respectful behavior is required from both students and tutors.
- Harassment, abuse, or misconduct will result in account termination.
- Lessons are for personal use only; recording without consent is prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
- Website content, branding, and materials belong to Safari Tutors.
- You may not copy, distribute, or resell our materials without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We provide services "as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or third-party service issues.
10. Jurisdiction
Safari Tutors is registered in Montana, USA, but our services are delivered primarily in Israel. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

13. Affiliate Program
- Affiliates earn 15% commission per completed lesson booked by their referrals.
- Payouts are processed monthly via Wise (USD account).
- To maintain affiliate status, affiliates must generate at least 1 referred lesson per month.
- Affiliates must comply with promotional guidelines:
1. Be transparent about their affiliate relationship.
2. Avoid spam, misleading claims, or misuse of affiliate links.
- Safari Tutors reserves the right to pause or terminate affiliate accounts that do not meet activity requirements or violate promotional guidelines.
