Refund Policy

1. General Policy
At Safari Tutors, we aim to provide high-quality, personalized English tutoring. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Refund Policy ensures fairness and transparency.

2. Refund Eligibility
- "No Questions Asked" Refund Policy.
- Full Refund – You may request a full refund within 15 days of purchase of a subscription plan.
- Pro-Rated Refund – Between 15 and 30 days after purchase, you may request a refund for any unused lessons, calculated on a pro-rated basis.
- After 30 days – The refund guarantee expires and no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds do not apply to lessons completed after the 15-day full refund guarantee.
- Refunds only apply to subscription plans. Lessons booked outside of subscription plans are not covered by this guarantee.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
1. Email us at support@safaritutors.com with your account details and date of purchase.
2. Refunds are processed within 5-10 banking days after approval.
3. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Students may cancel or reschedule lessons any time before the scheduled start time—free of charge.
- If you haven’t canceled/rescheduled before the lesson starts, the session is billable.
- However, under our No Lesson, No Charge Guarantee, you may request a refund.
- To qualify, students must submit a report of the missed class within 24 hours after the scheduled completion time.

Step 1. Go to your missed lesson and click Report an issue.

 Step 4. Write a comment and click Submit.
 
- Price per missed lesson will be issued as Wallet credits, which can be applied to future bookings.
- If no report is submitted within 24 hours, the refund is forfeited.
 
5. Exceptions
- Repeated misuse of cancellations may lead to account review or termination.
